I have a small wooden Treasure Box that sits on my table at craft shows.
If a child asks about my box I always give them something from my Treasure Box.
My Treasure Box is filled with Lucky Pennies.
At a recent craft show a little boy asked what was in my box.
I handed in a penny.
His smile grew large and he showed it to his mom.
She told him not to lose it.
He immediately sat down on the floor and took off one of his socks and shoes.
He placed the penny in his sock then put it and his shoe back on.
I looked at his mom and she shrugged her shoulders and smiled.
Kids always have a way of making us smile!
